Just questions I didn’t get from reading everything and he answered and it was what I wanted to hear basically. So I was like “Year that confirms what I was thinking”. His answers were nice, straightforward and to the point and what I wanted. I was like “thanks”. I mean it was like what I would want from a chat box. No filler or going around the point. Just straight to what I want to know. That was another thing when I saw it. You can do all of this without any interaction really. You just go on and then they verify. I was like “Wow this is real simple”. It only took me like 20 minutes honestly. It wasn’t long at all.

My first car I got, a Honda Accord 2000, I put like 20,000 miles on that. With my previous car, I had to get like a few things done like the start- just old car stuff. So I had to get the trade-in fluid changed and then the alternator was going bad so I had to change that. My starter went bad- I had to change that. I was having battery problems, but it ended up being a harness wiring problem- had to get that done. Then some oil leaks fixed- that was a lot. It was heartbreaking to go and pay.
